Traditionally prepared in Ghana from corn dough. Kenkey is made from corn, and cooked until soft and covered with corn leaves, and eaten with fish, pepper, or stew. Vacuum packed to retain freshness in a microwavable pouch. keep in a cool place, reheat at medium setting in a microwave oven in 5 minutes, or in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
